Amazing same day service from AAA Gates! Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff, from the initial call to the office to on-site wildlife expert (Nick). They were able to answer all my questions and exceeded my expectations to help address and eradicate a squirrel issue in the attic! Highly recommended!

There are contractors and then there is Royal Stone!! We are absolutely thrilled with the work Royal Stone completed for us! I was thoroughly impressed with John and his entire team, from pre-sale discussions to construction to post construction support, John has been fantastic, professional and very attentive to all of our needs. John took the time to explain the entire end to end construction plan and what we could expect throughout the project. John's customer service is exceptional as he was always available to answer any questions we had, big or small! We completed full front and backyard landscaping with an outdoor kitchen in the backyard area. I was amazed at how efficient and tify his team was, the dig out only took one day with minimal disruption to the street and neighbours - this was one of my biggest concerns with such a big project! I have to say, with all of the suspect contractors out there, I am very pleased to say that Todd and Ozone Duct Cleaning exceeded my expectations in every way. Todd is extremely professional, took the time to explain the process end to end, show us exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Todd was very responsive to any questions I had leading up work which was really appreciated. After the work was completed, Todd went over everything again to explain what he found and what we should do to maintain the system in the future. Todd also helped resolve a bit of an issue with the furnace filter housing where the builder had installed it a bit higher than needed, so Todd helped seal the area to ensure basement dust wasn't seeping into the furnace area. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the work completed, would highly recommend Ozone Duct Cleaning!
