my computer was running very slowly and the rep showed up late and worked for an hour. Few explanations were given of why the slowness. He checked for viruses etc and took some unused programs off but the computer still is very slow when downloading and using the internet. So $100 did not solve the problem plus there was no receipt or invoice provided. I certainly would not recommend the in home version of xs computer
