Steve was able to help us when another contractor left us stranded. He's always really busy (good work does that), but he fit us in anyways. He and his crew did a great job on our roof, suggesting improvements at no extra charge. They were tidy, protected our lawn and gardens, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Steve's crew was also great, polite, and very respectful. Thanks, Steve! Highly recommended!

The owner of GEM [ edited out ] cashed in my deposit and then took off. I confronted him at his warehouse, and still no work has been done. He promised that he would return my deposit, but it has been nothing but a trail of excuses from him ever since.
