Joe and his crew did a bang-up job on installing a small retaining wall in front of my house. They were meticulous in explaining details and in making recommendations to ensure the wall would be probably installed without any issues. A pleasure to deal with, I would recommend AHS to anyone considering any outside work.

I called Modern Appliance after seeing their many wonderful reviews, and I'm glad I did. I got a quick text telling me my technician would call to make an appointment. Neville called and came on the agreed day, and did a great job checking out my broken washing machine. Although the machine couldn't be fixed (blown circuit board), I was very happy with the speed of service and reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

After years of dripping eavestroughs it was time to get professionals to come by and evaluate the situation. I consulted with one contractor, who came by, but never even bothered to email me a quote. So I contacted Ontario Downspout, and in the one conversation, got an estimate, and a time for Mark to come by to take a look at things. After a little mix-up with paperwork, I was informed when the job would be done (late May/early June) and they delivered. Mark explained all what would we done, and let me know any details as the project progressed. The crew worked hard and efficiently, and left the property neat and I have beautiful new eavestroughs and downspouts. Harvey and Mark were a pleasure to deal with and I made the right choice. I contacted AHS and was quickly replied to by Dmitry. He came by and gave me a quote, and much to my delight, work was able to begin ealier than expected. The crew re-installed my interlocking brick pathway, and it looks even better than it did originally, and my driveway now looks clean and refreshed. Very very highly recommended, excellent communication, and a job very well done. Thank you!

Called 416 SO CLEAN one day, they came the very next day! Got a phone call 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were coming. They were on time, performed their duties, and were good enough to wear foot protection in my home. I even got a tip on my furnace filter. Great work, great service, highly recommended!

I initially emailed another plumber for a quote, only to get a reply saying they couldn't do the job - unbelievable! So I turned to Express Rooter, who I dealt with before, and should have just stuck to them from the get go. I talked to John who pulled up my file and booked an appointment for me right away, and was good enough to even find an older quote they had provided - a quote they still honoured despite the elapsed time. John kept me up-to-date on the arrival of the plumber, despite a delay, and always kept me in the loop. Tony came and did an impeccable job, gave some tips, and even went out of his way to get extra needed parts. I won't waste time calling anyone else, I recommend Express Rooter 100%.

After being given the run around by another landscaper ("I'm busy I will come by soon" - no, you didn't!), I contacted Underhill's. The staff responded quickly, and Wayne came by within a few day's time, and was courteous to call to let me know he was running a bit late. I was given an accurate quote, and was informed that the service would be done soon. They came on by as promised, did the work, left a clean area, and I have beautiful new sod. Highly recommended, wonderful work and service.

I was referred to Goodwood by another firm (who was in Mississauga and was unable to service my home in east-end Toronto) and I am so glad I was. After less than stellar service from another tree firm who tried to skirt around city bylaws about tree removal permits, I was so pleased Goodwood was able to do everything correctly and honestly. The tree removal itself was done quickly and with little to no mess left behind afterwards. The admin staff is kind and helpful, with special thanks to Jamie and Meagan. Very recommended.

Had a few rollers loose on my garage door, and a bolt missing from the opener itself. Called Dodds and set up an appointment very fast. Dan came and did all the needed work in 30 minutes or less. He got the job done and things are good as new again. Highly recommended, thanks so much.

After the downpour of rain we had, I had rain coming into my bedroom through a hole in my shingles caused once again by raccoons. After calling another company (I left a voicemail, no return call whatsoever) I called John at Sum-it. He answered his phone almost right away and said he'd try to squeeze me in during the day. He kept me posted throughout the day as to how busy he was, and when he'd be at my house, and arrived not too long after he said. He examined where the leak was in my house and went outside onto my roof and showed with a pic where the raccoons had made damage in my shingles, and noted that others had not been glued down properly. He reduced his original quote by $50 and was done in no time, and even showed me the likely trees where the raccoons were accessing my roof from. John was polite, courteous, and efficient throughout the whole process. Thank you so much, a great job with great service.

Our bathroom sink had been problematic for some time and eventually became very clogged. I called ExpressRooter Plumbing and from the time I called to the time they came and left my house, it was only about 1 hour in total - talk about incredibly fast service! Chris was courteous, professional, and even made sure to cover his shoes when he came in my house - a true credit to the company. My drain is as good as gold, and he even removed a pesky stopper free of charge. Highly recommended!

After trying to reach another electrician (who would not call back or return an email that I had sent), I reached out to Hotwire. Got a call back the next day, and had an appointment set up the day after that...3 day turn around from initial voicemail to service, which was great. The crew came and inspected all of the areas I requested, and fixed all that they could during the time of the service call. The crew that came were friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. It wasn't the cheapest service, but it was definitely timely, courteous, and done right, and for that, I am thankful, and will give them a call again in future.

A fantastic job done by the folks at Hobson Landscapes. Ted (and his crew) was friendly and patient, and had great ideas for our project, and transformed our old and tired backyard into something to be proud of, with new stonework, pergola, sod, and carpentry. Look no further than choosing his firm, worth every cent.

Charlie was more than we could have hoped for. Professional, prompt, an expert at what he's doing...upon visiting our home to see what was required to be done, he made sure to cover his shoes with disposable plastic booties - a small detail, but it counts. He fixed a small job for nothing during the inspection, and on the day of the fixes, arrived with an extra helping hand, and proceeded to knock the jobs off one at a time, and was done within the day, even doing an extra little job for free. A consummate professional and gentleman, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone - a job(s) well done!

Everyone from the head office to the movers Pat & Ryan were excellent. They were careful and cared about what they were doing; it wasn't just a job to them. They organized our things wonderfully and everything arrived safely - can't ask for anything more! So glad I chose Rent-A-Son!
