One mover was very slow and left midway. Move was so far behind by the time they sent another guy, the move ended up to take 13 1/2 hours instead of about 8 . Alfred made me pay for it before they even unloaded the truck!! I have yet to see an invoice, (which he said would be sent) and he has not responded to my damage claim for my tempurpedic king mattress that they didn't wrap and got wet and dirty (pointed out to the mover and he admitted it was on them) and also a broken storage cart. I sent the pics to them. I do not recommend!! They do NOT stand by what they promise.
