Service, these amateurs have never heard of service. Yea I know they got a lot of big fancy equipment and a bunch of clowns who show up ready to do whatever. I could have got a group of college students to do a better job at half the price. The quality of the material used was less than adequate, and I have no idea what the boss was using for measuring, but it wasn’t any standard unit that I know of. Watch out for his underhanded approach towards warranty. He just postponed and delayed communications with me and made up excuses until the one year warranty period ran out. Contracting these guys was the biggest mistake I ever made. Not only did I throw my money away, but now it will cost me more to fix the job Parkway did. Ambitious young guy just trying to rip off as many people has he can, I should have known better.
