Strong recommendation Keith. I am so lucky to have him for 30 days home inspection. Before the inspection, the builder, even my friends, told me that 30 days inspection is waste of monty. While I was shocked by the check result. Some structure issues builder would never told you during PDI and you can't feel/find it after you living in for a long time, but those issue will erosion of house silently and low house value. What's the impact, what's the correct way, Keith is so patient to explain every defect's to us. And he also did home work to search support doc, sample and build code for us to talk with builder. Eg. Exterior stucco. Early detection and early settlement. I will invite Keith to do my 1 year inspection also.
