Brad was very easy to talk to, I didnt feel he was rushing to finish the inspections. He took his time and even explained stuffs to me that my Builder PDI didnt explain to me, for example that my Sump Pump should be check and maintain on a regular basic I would definitely recommend Brad, I was satisfied with his work (and I am very hard to please:)
