I dealt with company for over a month trying to get my a/c fixed - I only stuck with them because most of the 3,000 dollars was paid for by my warrenty company. They have very rude customer service. They will say what day they are coming but they never say what time they are coming to your home. I sat for the whole day waiting for them to come and they never showed up or called to say they couldn't make it. In my whole life, I truly have never had a worse experience. If I were you, I would look elsewhere!
