One day, we found a number of shingles that were in our backyard. We checked the roof and found that raccoons had found a way into our roof. We contacted SWAT Wildlife and they were able to pit together a plan to remove and prevent the raccoons from returning. Josh, who came out for the installation, was very helpful, great to work with and did a great job. I would highly recommend SWAT Wildlife to anyone and would work with them again in the future.

A few weeks ago, my dryer no longer could produce any heat and I had contacted Joe and let him know of the situation. The following day, he was able to come out and got right to work. He quickly located the problem and had the dryer working in no time. Joe is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about dryers and appliances. I highly recommend The Appliance Guy with any appliance repair.

A few years ago when we first got married, my wife and I were looking for some new furniture and decided to go with a Living Room set that was something we felt comfortable in and within our price range at The Brick. The Sales Rep that we dealt with was very helpful and helped us get a good deal. The delivery of the furniture went well and we have no major complaints. We will most likely find ourselves back at The Brick when we begin looking for a Dining Room Set.

We knew that the insulation in our attic was low and needed to be taken care of. With the winter months fast approaching, we felt this would be as good as any time to have this done. We were referred to Zenic by our friends and we couldn't be more happy. They arrived on time and finished the job well and in a timely manner. Zenic is easy to work with and he is easy to get a hold of. Our home is now more comfortable and should be ready for this winter. We would easily recommend Zenic to anyone and we will most likely go to him again for another job in the new year.

My wife and I discovered a drip during one of the many rainfalls during the summer months in one of our rooms that has a skylight and over our garage which has a flat roof. Over time that drip turned into a leak which unfortunately turned into a river. We tried doing minor patch jobs to remedy the problem but to no avail. We looked into a number of professional roofers but they seemed unreliable and untimely with their response into our problem. As soon as we contacted Mega City Roofing, we were contacted immediately and Tom came out to let us know what we needed. He is very knowledgeable and passionate in his work and helped to figure out a way to try to keep the costs down with us. Moreover, he is easily accessible and returns calls promptly. The crew arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and Tom was there at the beginning and end of the project to make sure that the job was done properly. After the work was done, when we did have a concern, someone came out and took care of it. It has been a number of weeks with many rainfalls and no leaks to report. Mega City Roofing is a good roofing company that I would recommend.

Back in the spring, my wife and I heard a lot of scratching and movement in our attic. My fist instinct was that raccoons had found there way into our home. We called Anything Wild and they were quick to respond and take a look at the problem. They discovered that the problem was squirrels and they would handle everything. Anything Wild are true professionals and know their craft. They identified the problems and used a system that had the squirrel removed humanely and we haven't had a problem since. They also ensured that there was no more activity around our house after the removal. I was happy with their work and would easily recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I moved into our first home a couple of months ago (45 year old back-split). After moving in, we discovered that our home's electrical had been tampered with by the previous owner who turned out to be an over-zealous DIYer. We found Tony's company through a referral from a friend and could not have been more happy. Tony is very professional and really takes the time to ensure that everything is done correctly. Every day, Tony and his crew were always on time and they went to great lengths to ensure that he left everything as neat. On top of that, when the job was completed, he had a professional cleaner go through our entire house to ensure that everything was spotless. Tony is one of the good ones and we would easily recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I moved in to our first home a couple of months ago and we felt this would be the best time to have a home energy audit of the house. We found Enwise, and at the time, the company seemed reputable enough to at least come out and perform the energy audit. The audit went very well and because we bought an older home, my wife and I knew there would be some items that needed to be taken care of to make our home more energy efficient. We decided to continue with Enwise's business and booked ourselves in for an install of a new Furnace/AC/Tankless Water Heater along with Duct Cleaning. The day we were to have the ducts cleaned, the person that was scheduled to come out never showed up. My wife called the head office and even Head Office could not locate this person. Head office asked if we could we re-schedule and we decided that this was unacceptable and that they could just cancel this service if the ducts could not be cleaned that day. Once we threatened to cancel, the head office somehow found another person to clean the ducts later that day; 2 hours later after the scheduled time. The day before the installation of the Furnace/AC/Tankless installations, I put in a call at Head Office to make sure that we were still booked. This was just to make sure everything would go off without a hitch. I was sadly informed that we were not scheduled at all for any of these products. This was infuriating and unprofessional. I contacted the Sales Rep and the Scheduler that we dealt with and informed them of the situation and that this was completely unacceptable. After an hour of going back and forth with Enwise's representatives, we received confirmation that the installation would still take place. Apparently Enwise was not sure why we were told incorrect information but nonetheless, the installation would proceed as scheduled. I cannot harp too much on the actual installation of the equipment. The installation of the equipment turned out fine and seems to be all in good working order, but there were some little things that bothered me a little. After the crew left, it seemed that they had used some of my own Varsol that they had taken off our shelf without permission. Furthermore, I had to run out to a nearby hardware store to buy them supplies in order to fix some problems. Lastly, I found it a little odd that one person was working with the A/C unit while smoking (I'm not entirely sure if this is a hazard.) Overall, I cannot help but feel dissatisfied with the whole experience with Enwise Power Solutions. I felt the home energy audit went well and the end result of the equipment installation seems to be pretty good up to this point. The mis-handling of scheduling and the questionable activity of some of the installers is not something I can truly support and I will find it very difficult to recommend this company to anyone. After my original post, the following occured. It seems that we were supposed to receive a rebate in the mail for signing up with their program. Two months ago, we received a note in the mail stating that the rebate could not be sent without the paperwork being filled out. We were told by our Enwise Sales Rep that they would take care of everything. Two months later, we were notified again that the proper paper work was not sent at all. Essentially, we are out of pocket due to this company's lack of detail and its interests in its clientele. This has been a frustrating and unnerving experience and I caution anyone who would give this company their business.
