I stumbled upon this company while searching for my new bathtub, toilet and faucets. After dealing with another company, I know that WaterCloset is the only company I will buy my bath supplies from in the future. They have a very broad section from bare basics to high end. Every sales person I talked to was professional and made sure that I was sent the quote via email with pictures so there was no mistake. Prices were competitive and delivery times were as promised. I especially appreciated the option to pick up the ordered item from their other store in Scarborough.

I called them Friday morning and Jason was here by Monday morning, who called to tell me he'd be 30 minutes late. Jason very promptly identifed what was wrong -- raccoon ripped off shingles right by the chimney. Jason and his cooworker replaced the shingles, sealed up any other possible water leaks via the chimney. When they checked out the rest of the roof, they also fixed a few other minor areas of potential concern. No wonder these guys have been around for so many years. Thanks for setting the bar so high. This customer is very happy to pay the bill!

After using HomeStars to find a good mover, I was hopeful I would find a good, honest, trustworthy electrician to solve our power issues to all the electrical outlets in 2 of our bedrooms. I called Kiya and he was at our house the same day! He was very persistent and thorough with his analysis and refused to solve the situation without knowing what the origin of the problem was. Kiya has given us a great sense of relief, with the knowledge that he's found the poor 'handyman' work that was done previously and made it right. We will definitely have Kiya or anyone on his team to work on our electrical needs.
