Tanya came in, gave great advice for doing a kitchen reno (plus a few things more) without having to overspend, especially since we'll be selling in about 4 years. We wanted something we could enjoy now, but still be a selling feature a few years down the road. We actually ended up paying less than the first quote since we decided to go further than just the kitchen redo and create a bit of "pop" in the entrance and family room as well. She was a stickler for making sure the spraying was contained to where it should be and spent almost as much time (if not more) taping and papering for a super neat job. We knew ahead of time exactly what was going to be done and when, so we could be prepared for the obvious changes we would have to make to our daily living rituals.
