I was selling my mothers condo and our real estate agent recommended Livingston Carpets and Flooring to upgrade the carpet and laminate floor in her “dated” condo. We had shopped around a bit and needed to get the job done. Gary recommended some carpet styles that they use for customers who are selling properties. The styles were very nice and more importantly inexpensive. We matched up the carpet with a laminate and had Gary get us a price. We went ahead with Livingston’s to do the job. They arranged with the condo super to take care of the elevators and garbage. We were happy that the same installer was able to install the carpet and laminate avoiding any delays. The installers were good guys. We ran into some install issues and they called Gary and they sorted them out. We painted the condo (not Livingston’s) and put it on the market. It sold in 3 days. Obviously we are very happy.
