Work order #494000 The technician Bob arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and had a diagnosis within minutes. Took a picture of the problem and explained what went wrong, repaired the machine, tested it, and cleaned up after himself. This was a really great experience would definitely recommend Elite and will definitely use them again. 10/10
