We hired Eric to tile our bathrooms after reading the reviews. It turned out to be a bad decision. Eric assured me that his workmanship would be better than the work I did on my laundry room. Instead, he did such a bad tiling job, took more than double the amount of time to do less than 1/2 the work and left the job after taking my money. The workmanship was very poor. He chipped all the edges of my porcelain tiles and especially the marble. Many of the marble tiles were touching each other, preventing us from grouting and many of the edges were chipped (some large chunks) and in some sections, the tiles were not even aligning straight. The whole tiling needed to be redone. The floor was not levelled properly, causing me to spend more money to relevel the floor and retile. He never responded back when I contacted him about the issues. I won the court case against him but Eric is still avoiding to pay me back the amount ruled by the judge.
