In Sept 2019 had windows installed and two were wrong and replaced Oct. 2019. In Jan. 2021 and Sept.2021 and Jan. 7th 2022 we had a service call to place glass stops back in position. Sept. 15 2022 another service call re glass stops and after inspection of window noticed some movement on right hand side which he said was not installed properly. Upon trying to hammer in the glass stops her broke the glass diagonally. A new glass was to be ordered on his return to office buy when I called Sept. 27th nothing had been done. A new glass was going to be ordered and put on a rush and call me with install date. I called Sept. 30, Oct. 6th and Oct. 7th. On Oct. 7th I was given a date of Nov. 25th for the install and at the same time the glass stops would be fixed again as I noticed they were coming away from the window since last visit Sept. 29th. On Nov. 14 Nordik called to let us know that the parts were in and the new install date would be Dec. 19th. After I posted a negative review about them the date was changed to Dec. 5th. On Dec. 5th the install was cancelled as they could not find the parts. Dec. 14th I called and was told that they now cannot put in glass in winter. On Dec. 15th a service person arrived with some weatherstripping for an inside window which we knew nothing about and it was for a slider not a bay window . After inspecting the window he recommended putting in new glass with new sash as sash had not been put in correctly. Also there is air coming in on bottom corners of window. Oh and the glass blocks are still coming away from windows. I have had 3 service people tell me different things wrong with the window and nothing has been fixed. And just try to communicate with Nordik as they are very bad at getting you information and returning calls when they say they will.
