My first review is below. Fast and free. However with having difficulties with our 7 month old appliance once again Elite came in, but could not fix the problem. Three weeks later they tried again. Out technician wants to try again a third time. Instead of submitting a report to Frigidaire he ordered a third round of parts meaning it will be close seven weeks without a stove or oven. Frigidaire asked me, to ask them, to submit the report but Elute refused. Elite is slowing my getting a new stove from Frigidaire by not submitting the technical reports. Our induction range rattled when we received it and we called Frigidaire in the US. They dispatched Elite to come repair it the next day. Out serviceman was fast and efficient. He gave us friendly advice on how to maintain this induction stove. He fixed the rattle and was gone in less than thirty minutes. Our work order was 491889.
