Soccer!2022

We originally choose this company for a bathroom project (just be fore the pandemic) based on reviews we saw on this site. Needless to say things took significantly longer - but we chalked that up to the pandemic. Design was excellent for the bathroom - quality of work was decent. A few minor issues we had to resolve (tiles cracking and coming apart) Fast-forward to this past August (2022), we engaged them in a complete Kitchen Design. Loved the design team and what they come up with. While we are very happy with the end product for the most part, getting there was an extremely painful experience and not sure it was worth the extra $ you pay to have them handle everything. The project manager was useless and communication was non-existent. Only rarely did he actually deliver on what was promised (i.e. will be there tomorrow to do xyz). Days would go by and nothing. Would have to reach out and ask for an update. Tried to escalate multiple times but made very little difference. Project was finally completed more than 2x longer than what was originally estimated - which we understand things comes up, but at least communicate with the customer and be honest.
