Norseman was by far the nicest company we contacted for a quote. They worked very hard to stay within our budget, even when costs were uncertain due to covid. They took care of everything, drawings, city approvals and structural engineer. It only got better from there. Once the permits were issues we were assigned to a project manager (Rob)- He was amazing! We were told we would need to be out of the house for 4 months originally but he managed to have us out for only 5 weeks. He listened to every concern and fixed a lot of small things in the house as he went along - our house is 100 years old so there was a lot of little things that needed updating. Everything has been above and beyond, it was done really fast but great quality work and every worker on the site treated our house with care. Dropped by twice a day to see the work and never once was the house empty, trades were always working. He (Rob) managed to come in UNDER budget. It is a dream come true to have the extra space and bathroom and we were very lucky to find both Norseman and be assigned to such caring people throughout the process. Everyone from the architect to project manager was responsive, detailed and caring. The project manager (Rob) even listened to my kids and made sure we were home for Halloween and Christmas, it meant so much to my family. We count ourselves so lucky that we ended up with Norseman.
