Aaron and John came to the house and gave me their assessment of my roof and a reasonable estimate for labour and materials. They put the roof on in one day. They cleaned up and took away all waste. The materials and workmanship are very good quality. IMO these guys are nice, honest and fair.
furnace service, gas dryer cap off
Had Norm over for an annual furnace checkup. Nice guy, showed up on time, professional and fast. Called them again another time to cap off the gas pipe going to my old dryer. Prices seem fair for service provided.
Had a pipe burst in my wall. Then my water main shutoff began to leak. After cleanup called Mr Rooter to fix the problems. Klu installed a ball-style main shutoff and a manual inside garden hose drain so my pipes won't ever burst like that again. Plumber Klu knows his stuff. Got a plumbing prob? Get a Klu!
electrical rewire knob and tube
I liked the sound of minimal holes to rewire my knob and tube so I chose Mr Electric. The electricians were respectful to me and my belongings and cleaned up every night. I was amazed when they only made 3 holes in my walls to rewire all the knob and tube in my house! They repaired all the holes when done. Final price came in same as the estimate, so great value for service in my opinion.
