Once again, Alex provided excellent service to replace a double sink and old copper traps. His fast responses and advice on which sink (Wessan 31"x18") to buy via text ensured all was ready on the day of – actual work took less than 90 mins. Also, when the clips in the new sink didn’t reach the granite cutout due to a smaller bowl, he came up with an instant solution. Outstanding work ethic! I learned a lot just by watching. He is kind and fun to interact with. As always, he left the area clean and tidy incl. all disposals. Fixtures in condos are difficult to replace without expensive renos. I’m grateful Alex is willing to help condo owners too. Just hire him – highly recommend!

Replacing both toilets in a 2005 condo was a breeze thanks to Alex. Both were supplied and installed by him within one week. His price for Toto was unbeatable incl. delivery. He followed all the pandemic precautions in place. Labour includes all heavy lifting and disposal. Quotes show clear breakdown of costs. He asked for pics with measurements for a correct fit and to check connections. If you’re female – he’s so safe, kind and polite. He truly nails the standard on all fronts – so professional, price is beyond reasonable, efficiency (barely 90 mins. incl. moving via elevators in a 21-storey condo), punctuality (he also calls 30 mins before), attention to detail, fast response and very easy to reach. Excellent cleanup using two separate drop cloths for each WR, removed all packaging, cartons, etc. Such a pleasure to work with – answers all/ any questions while working, gives useful & imp. instructions for cleaning, maintenance and readily invites follow-up calls for any related issues. I highly recommend him for condo work - he's truly the best you could hire.

This was our second time hiring Drain.com with excellent service each time (Aug. ‘16 & Apr. ‘17). Valentin was punctual, professional, friendly, so easy to deal with and very efficient in his use of time. In the first visit for a free estimate, he took the time to explain stuff I wasn’t aware of – very important info. relating to the Kitec pipes in our condo (built in 2004). Other plumbers (w/ cheaper estimates) didn’t even bother to inform me about it. On the day of the appointment, he called ahead to confirm details for buzzer code, parking, etc. In just two hours, he removed and installed 2 new, Moen Genta faucets w/ pull-up drains and installed 4 new, shut-off valves (the old ones didn’t have any) in WRs plus replaced a kit. sink P-trap. At all times, he kept the work areas clean while following our request for order of work to minimize any inconvenience due to water shut-off. We highly recommend him (and Drain.com) for his work esp. wrt condos, safety for women and being mindful of owner’s items/ space. Santina (office) is so professional and easy to deal with for appointments and payment. Overall, this company provides great workmanship and excellent customer service. So, it’s a no-brainer for us to hire him for any future needs. Only suggestion to help: Please add a secure payment portal on your site for credit cards or accept Paypal.

From start to finish, Michael (owner), Jim (Sales) & Betty (Admin.) were helpful, professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We had to replace the entire flooring in our condo following a freak flood. For our approach of DIY flooring (pick-up & installation), the smallest details became the biggest deal. • Even though Aspen Wood Floors didn’t stock the laminate (Fuzion Flooring, Euro Grande, Arctic Oak-AC5) we’d chosen from another dealer, Michael & Betty found all relevant info. from their supplier in just 2 phone calls in one day incl. quoting the best price and earliest delivery time. • Pick-up in 2 lots helped a lot as there was no space to store 40 boxes if delivered at once. • Michael recommended a wavy-flat, rubber, low-profile underlay (Acoustigard Iso-Sep-PM) which worked out very well. Its FIIC 68/ IIC 58 rating exceeded condo specs. of IIC 55. • When T-moulds sent by their supplier were 72” instead of 94” - as ordered and calculated for- they made it right in record time. • Great service standard regardless of budget. So, we highly recommend them esp. for condo owners. This team is good at heart and great at what they do.

Just before Christmas Eve, the washer stopped working w/ a "Drain" & "Intake" fault showing in the display. Krishna took all the details (condo, stacked unit, etc) and explained how the service charge would be adjusted if/ when they carried out any repairs w/ parts. I also liked how all info. is clearly given on their website. Due to the holidays, my appointment was on 4th Jan. between 11 & 3. Even though it started working after a week of not using it (I guess whatever moisture/ suds tripped the alarm dried up?), I didn't cancel in case it became a recurring issue. On the day of, Kevin called about 20 mins. before arrival (just as I was told he would) and well within the given time frame. He came fully prepared, was polite, professional and friendly. He took time to carry out a thorough inspection and all checks incl. running a short wash-drain cycle to diagnose no repair was needed. He left written instructions on how to reset certain faults and even gave tips how to prevent them. It was a pleasure to deal with him and it's great to have their company on file for any future needs.

Bought a black leather couch (folds out into a bed or allows a deeper back incline with 2 easy clicks) in Jan. '06 for our condo - great price and looks like the Mies' Barcelona series. Service was friendly and efficient (we dealt with Kyle). Delivered on time. Some installation was reqd. - was included in the price and done in a professional manner. The delivery guys were very polite and even disposed all the recyclable packaging in our common disposal room and cleaned up after the work was done. The couch has worn well, very comfortable even when used as a bed, cleans easily and the fold-out click mechanism is effortless. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company. Good products!

We have now dealt with Frank Khushroo for over 5 years for different products. In 2005, we bought the Miele Solaris vacuum cleaner upon his recommendation and it's been worth it. Does an amazing job esp. on carpets. Frank is a real pleasure to deal with -amiable, friendly, polite, does a great job of repairs and follows up with the manufacturer if reqd. (this happened when one of the parts of a mixer-grinder we'd purchased was no longer available) and goes out of his way to help customers. We've recommended him to family and friends and found the same great reviews. Recently, he also helped us out with our purchase of a Miele washer & dryer via a reputable dealer and negotiated a great deal and service on our behalf. Thanks, Frank!
