Vail & CO completed a renovation at my home over 3 years ago. Recently, there was a leak from the tub. I reached out to the team to have them come and take a look at what the problem was. They came out and assessed where the leak was coming from . It was determined that the leak was not at the fault of Vail & Co however they still came out and repaired the issue free of charge. Not only did they repair the issue they also repaired the drywall, did all the mud work and the painting process that the leak had caused free of charge. This was a multi step process where it took approximately 5 visits from members of the team to remedy. Even though they weren't responsible or had to fix it they still did and for that I give them 10 stars. Bryce and Rebecca and team are fantastic to deal with. Will will use them again in the future for sure. Hopefully the kitchen will be next for us.
