Over the years Ted has come to my rescue more times than I can count. From cleaning a furnace sensor on Christmas Day to helping me with a burst pipe under my basement floor to replacing leaky faucets or hose attachments outside - Ted has consistently been someone I can count on. Regardless of what my emergency is Ted will go above and beyond the purview of what a plumber would normally do; assisting in the removal of damaged walls and flooring but also helping me repair those things. Ted is kind, prompt, and genuinely invested in helping his customers. The part that I respect and appreciate probably the most - is that I am a single mother and have no plumbing knowledge. Ted has been very integral in never trying to upsell me, and in fact - will go out of his way to find me the most economical solution. I have recommended Ted to many people and they have all had the same experience. I really cannot express my gratitude enough. Also - his wife Linda has been delightful to deal with!
