I was worried about the condition of my roof after a bad wind storm as I've experienced water damage in the past. I called the company that installed my shingles years prior (not Empire) to request a quote on a repair and was told that the work they did was past warranty, they weren't taking on any repair work, and suggested that I find another contractor! I did just that -- Empire Co. I was surprised at how quickly Empire responded to my request and they had a representative at my home within hours of contacting them. I'm so thankful that I contacted Empire and I now have a new roofer and can forget those other guys.
