They take the time to answer questions, provide instructions and follow through right away with change requests. We initially signed up through Sears and paid a reasonable price for the installation upfront. Cost shown below is monthly monitoring fee, not including tax.

The quality of the product is high and the sales people are very knowledgeable about different flooring types. They are straightforward about what types of flooring work in different situations and will tell you if they've heard negative feedback because they want you to be satisfied with your purchase. They are interested in long-term relationships with customers, not just making a quick buck.
