Polaron is FANTANSTIC. Zero % loan was a no brainer for us. I think the process took longer than most because we started just as the Pandemic hit. When it came time to start the install it was discovered that our roof needed to be re-shingled which took about 4 months again delayed by Covid. Polaron stuck with us through it all and we are finally up and running for 21 months now and haven't paid a cent for power except to pay NSP for our meter. We do have oil heat not electric but working and home schooling, computers and tv's running constantly for a good portion of the time even a few heater fans plugged in to help heat the house, we got a rebate cheque from NSP last January and are expecting another one this year according to our statement. Polaron and the sub-contractors that they used were all nothing but professional and courteous. Just waiting for them to come out with a battery storage solution so we can have power when the grid goes down.
