Door is ok. This company needs to do a better job with their install process. We were asked to change our install date to one day earlier. No problem! Except no one showed up and no one from the company called til 3:50 PM to tell me they wouldnt make it that day. They gave me a $150 credit for hanging around all day. Re-booked for the following week. I missed a phone call to ask me to re-book again so never called back to re-schedule. The installer was scheduled between 8-10am yesterday. At 10:30 I called to find out where they were. Apparently the installer went to the wrong location to pick up our door. This was similar to the first days excuse: the installer went to the wrong address first. So yes, we have a new door. The caulking around the door isnt the neatest and they also broke a few bricks taking out the old door. We wanted to buy Canadian made, but Id suggest going elsewhere.
