took deposit from me 2 months ago. didn't come to do the job on the specified date on the contract. changed date multiple times without meeting promises and haven't even been returning the deposit. practically the project is still stuck - I'm still a purchasing customer by force as they have the deposit - but the stones are not being installed.

- make sure start date and finish date are mentioned on the contract. Do not accept rescheduling promises and do not believe them as they will just keep chaning with all kind of excuses.
