I have used Concrete Master three times. Each time the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. The staff demonstrated safety practices. The staff were friendly. I appreciated Fedor provided a full explanation of why the concrete stairs were breaking down and the work required to fix the problem. Each time the staff cleaned up the work site. I definitely would recommend Concrete Master.

Jerry provided a free assessment and explained in language I could understand what the problems and the work required. Jerry provided written documentation on his electrical qualifications, insurance, and WSIB insurance. Jerry was on time and finished the work, as per the quotation. Less than two hours from time I made the call to Bruce arriving at my home. Bruce listened and did not rush me. Bruce did a thorough job cleaning the furnace. Bruce provided a diagnosis and explanation what was required to fix the furnace. Professional throughout the visit.

Second time I used Concrete Master. I was not rushed during the initial assessment/quotation visit and an explanation of what work was required was clear and detailed. The detailed contract outlined the work to be done. Both times the staff were punctual; tidy; courteous; and completed the work, as per the contract.
