They installed a hardwood floor. I had no problem with the saleperson. My problem was with the contractors they used for installation. The work was sloppy. It took 7 days longer than I was told. They left glue in my sinks. The wood has always been uneven. The boards in some areas creak. It was a bad job in general, all due I believe to bad sub-contractors.
