We hired Monarch Group to build our first home. When we met with the owner, he was very knowledgable and have us some great ideas for the floor plan. We were able to customize the things we wanted/needed. The build was really fast and well done. I am in the construction business as a site super intendant and was happy with the work they did. Considering I don't have time to build a house myself, they were a good company to hire. Every new home has a few minor glitches and they were helpful in ironing them out for us. We've since then sold the house and we are currently in the process of starting to build a second one with Monarch. I'd highly recommend Monach to build your home. I am around construction companies often and these guys are among the best.
