....and your earplugs. Forget your watch. The owners are arrogant, rude, and high pressure. If you can stand that part, watch out for what they push you into - After asking for their recommendation, we were sold carpet that turned out to be an inappropriate type for the type of use. We took their recommendation, and it turned out badly. When we brought it up with them, they told us we never should have bought that type of carpet!!! In the past, we have used them several times and their installers are chronically late and the schedulers grossly underestimate how long the job will take. Very inconsiderate of customers. No more for us. Buyer beware.
