We decided to refurnish our living room when we moved into our new home and one of my husband's co-workers recommended Sam's. We purchased a new coach, loveseat and entertainment center and had them delivered the next day (it would have been the same day however we didn't finish our order until 30 minutes before they closed) The coach and loveseat are just beautiful and we always get a lot of compliments on our entertainment center. We loved the selection and quick delivery. Highly recommend Sam's!

We have our termite control service with Abram and have not had any issues. The fee is reasonable, the service is quick and efficient and we haven't had any issues thus far with the company. They send out a little reminder a few weeks before your annual treatment is due which for me is huge! I have too many things on my plate to worry about so knowing that they will remind me is nice! We are pleased with Abrams!

After going to a few stores and either being disappointed in the selection or customer service, we stumbled upon Metro and were pleasantly surprised! We found the fridge we were looking at for $200 cheaper and they had a very generous delivery charge. We ordered our fridge and it arrived the following day. A few months went by and one night I woke up to water all over my floor. Apparently our new ice maker in the fridge had a faulty part in it. I contacted Metro and we set up a time the following day for a tech to come out. The tech arrived and quickly took care of our issue. Perfect!

When we purchased our home in Nov 07, it was a new construction that had been sitting vacant for a few months. Needless to say there were a few "unwanted crawling critters" in it. I contacted NW Pest and they sent out Ken and another guy to treat our home. The crickets and slugs were out of control but after 1 treatment they became practically non-existant. This spring when they came out to treat again the beetles that were getting in were still coming in after the 1st treatment. I called NW Pest up and they immediately sent someone out to respray,no questions asked. Haven't seen a bug since. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had to purchase a new refrigerator for our home since our new home had all black appliances and I wanted a black fridge to match. We decided to go to Lowe's since we have always had great service with them but unfortunately this location isn't up to par when it comes to customer service. We had to track down a worker which took 20 minutes, the worker didn't know what we were talking about, he seemed very annoyed when I asked him to get me the total cost on a fridge I was looking to buy, and he wasn't willing to come down any on the price even though we had cash in hand. Not somewhere I care to spend my money now because of this experience!
