​I thought I might need a new garage door. I was having complications. I phoned a local garage door company - Protech. My first contact was over the phone with a very helpful representative. She was knowledgeable, and asked all the right questions to determine the nature of the problem. I was informed that the problem was easily solved and that I would not likely need a new door. The appointment with a technician was scheduled within a short period; he arrived on time, identified the issue and made the necessary repairs. The technician had a trainee with him on that day, and it was very interesting to watch the interaction between the two. Obviously very capable, the technician was patient and ensured that all safety issues were addressed during the repairs. I was impressed, and very grateful about the timely response to my request and the quality of the work.

Fast and effective. We were in desperate need for a quick repair and these guys were the only ones that could accommodate our timeline without taking my kidney! The pipes were ridiculously damaged and Mr. Rooter barely batted an eyelash. They answered all our questions and got right to work. Couldn't be happier with the service we received after we thought all hope was lost! I'd definitely recommend them. Their prices can be pretty high but they were fair when we discussed options.

We did it all. We resigned a few rooms by changing the window shape and size, we worked with the super friendly team to find the right looks for us. They reco's were great and intelligent. The finished the work in a timely manner and they did keep their areas relatively clean. I was a little disappointed in the selection of materials but perhaps my tastes are too specific. They do a good job and I'm very happy with the new look of my home with these beautiful windows!
