Had AC Unit installed by Nolan and Drew. Both were very professional and took pride in their work. They arrived on time and were pleasant as they were advising me of what all was going to be done. The work they did was better than I was expecxting and they cleaned up after they were done leaving no mess. Great job! Larry
The final product was great but customer service was lacking when there was delays. Lack or poor communication made the experience very frustrating. Overall it was good and we are now happy but will not do this again.
Relocating plumbing for kitchen
They were prompt and very helpful. The only problem was with the helper who did not have a personality and ended breaking a corner part of my new kitchen. Rubin the owner took responsibility without question and paid 1400.00 to replace it! I told him that the helper had to go and that I would deal with him only to complete the plumbing and installing a vanity and toilet. Great work and I have him coming back to do my two bathroom renos.
The service received was excellent. Before the tile layout was agreed upon he showed 4 designs on the floor gave good suggestion and laid the floor throughout the main floor and powder room. however, before he started him and his partner moved all appliance in the garage because I was unable to do it myself as well as taking all the doors off and reinstalling them.There was a couple of grouting issues and he told us to wait a few days then he would come and fix all the areas which he did. Awesome service!
