I had been debating having the siding done for so long, but finding someone to do it at a reasonable cost was an issue. This was partly due to the space between houses on my street being VERY limited. Homestars hit another home run for me! Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful! Professional and responsive from beginning to end, and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. 10/10 from me!

The '80s called and wanted their 2 Skylights back, so I decided to finally take the plunge. I did my due diligence in terms of quotes (through Homestars, of course!) and decided to go with Skylights Unlimited. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint - friendly, efficient, clean, and they did a stellar job. I even went for one of the skylight models that opens and am I ever glad I did (spent a bit more to get the remote opening one and I am super happy with it. Everyone is so jealous LoL) I highly recommend them to anyone looking for either new or replacement skylights. They get a 10/10 from me!

My dryer was making a funny noise and so I went looking for an appliance repair company. I chose High Tech and I am so happy I did. The technician was prompt, polite, friendly, just lovely! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!! Call them. You won't be disappointed.

I decided to finally re-do my bathroom, but was not at all happy with the quality of new bathtubs available in stores. Ours is a small bathroom, so a free-standing tub was out of the question. A friend of mine recommended re-glazing my current bathtub, so I decided that was a great option. Through the internet I found The Tub Guys, and proceeded to inundate them with questions about the process, time required, etc.. They were extremely helpful and I decided to go ahead and have the work done. Net/Net? They were on-time, very professional, clean, courteous, and did a fabulous job!!! I would recommend them 100%. Thanks, Tub Guys!

Awhile back our house was broken in to and, like most others, that's when we seriously started thinking about how we could make our house safer. As we were researching different security options that are available in the market, we happened upon Torrsec and their Torres Door Armour system. We thought it looked very interesting so we called them to set up a consultation. From the very beginning they were both friendly and extremely professional. A sales representative came and gave us a full demonstration on how the system works and we liked it so much we booked an installation date right there and then. Our Torres Door Armour has now been installed on both the front and back doors and they are virtually invisible. They actually look like they are part of the original door's structure! We are extremely happy with our decision - money well spent, no doubt about that. I strongly recommend everyone give Torrsec a call. A small investment for total peace of mind. True story: one day my house alarm was going off so the alarm company called me and I asked them to send the police over to the house and I would meet them there. Luckily it was a false alarm, but when the police officer saw our Torres Door Armour he said 'this is exactly what everyone should have on their doors. Between the alarm system, and the door system, this house is 100% safe'. There's just no better endorsement than that.

I am a huge believer in supporting neighbourhood stores and, man, is this one a gem or what! Not only is there a great variety of product available, but the prices are very competitive, the products are of excellent quality, and Marco takes the time to explain the pros and cons of each based on what your individual needs are. My overall experience was outstanding and mainly there's Marco to thank for that. He represents servicing and knowledge-ability at its very finest. I strongly recommend that you make this a mandatory stop for any needs related to vacuum cleaners, vacuum after-market needs, central vac, etc.... I genuinely want to thank Marco for making this shopping experience a very easy and happy one. I will recommending Vacuums Plus to everyone!! everyone!

I had my kitchen done by White Knight Kitchens approximately 5 years ago. Recently I had noticed some damage to a few of the cupboard doors, drawers, and kickboards. I called to talk to them about it and with absolutely no hesitation they promptly came to my house, took the damaged doors (water damage, my fault.....I will be more diligent moving forward) and refinished them AT NO CHARGE!!!! They were so friendly and I can honestly say I have never had such gracious and efficient service from anyone. They could have totally told me "too bad", but they didn't. I would like to thank them so much and to tell you all that my rating is an 11/10. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. White Knight Kitchens, YOU ROCK!
