This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Darcy. He is my go to guy for painting. The reason for needing his services was unfortunate as we are preparing my late mother's condo for sale. Darcy accommodated me by going outside his usual work area, gave me a clear timeline for the work to be done and showed up on time and finished on schedule. Great attention to detail, very pleasant and fair and honest. One of the things I appreciate about working with him is that he is a clear communicator and wants the client to be happy with the work done. I will be using him again Barry R

Ive had Darcy and his team in for multiple project during this renovation. Repainting of an income suite (walls, doors, trim and ceilings), full painting of a fully renovated 2 floor unit from drywall state (walls, doors, trims, ceiling), painting of an entry and including banister and 100 plus year old French doors. And also staining of a new custom built banister. Im really impressed with Darcys dedication to getting the job done right and also his speed in which he replys to messages and questions. He has painted my whole house from top to bottom and I would use him again if I had more to paint!

I was very happy with Darcy and his crew. From the moment I started communications with Darcy he was very professional and replied quickly to my messages. His quote was competitive and he was able to answer all my questions. It was a large job and he and his crew did the work in the time frame quoted. Worked with Jim and Sara for the quotes and they were very informative and very quick to respond to my questions and keep me informed about the delivery and installation of the windows. Danny and Dominic worked on the installation of the windows and doors. Although my installation was not straight forward and presented some challenges due to the age of my house but they were professional and committed to finding solutions and making sure that I was happy with the look and function of the finished product. I was encouraged to ask questions and they were able to answer everything fully. Very happy with the whole procedure and love the look of the new windows and side door.

My dryer was not producing heat, but I have an unusual model that was a bit difficult to fix. Jack was able to find the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. I found him to be very professional and honest and he explained fully the problem and the best solution.

This is the 2nd time that I am having Sam do work for me. I have an old Victorian house and several bricks were missing or damaged and needed to be replaced. I called Sam and he came over to give me a quote the next day and was able to give me a date when he could do the work on the spot. He came over when he said he would, was quick and efficient and cleaned up right away. Since my house is over 100 years old, some of the bricks were a shape that is not made now. He was able replicate the brick by cutting a brick to the shape. I would without a doubt continue to use Sam for the brick and mortar repair the is required on my house. Barry R from Hamilton
