Dave's men were very nice and informative. I was able to watch the entire cleaning process on a monitor. They also arrived a few minutes early, which never happened to me before ! I would definitely use this service again.

I've used Falconstone for 2 1/2 years now for both my landscaping and snowplowing. I couldn't believe that Jack didn't return my calls after not showing up to plow my drive way. I am outraged that this company would do this to a long standing customer. My father, who is an elder man, also used Falonstone, at my recommendation and is now is the same boat, trying to find someone this late in the season. Shame on you Falconstone and Jack the managing partner for not at least being honest with your customers.

I woke up one evening to a bat flying around my bedroom and my cat chasing it. I called Carlos (4 am) and he was at my house within 20 minutes and removed the bat promptly. 3 weeks later the same thing happened again and Carlo came right over. The next day he returned to check my attic and surrounding area for bats, and luckily found no evidence of bats living in my house......Hopefully, I will not have to call Carlos again for a very long time, but if I do, I know I can trust him to be here promptly.

I called Patrick after searching this site. He was going away and initially wouldn't have been able to do the work until the beginning of August. When I left him a message explaining that water was entering my home as a result of the eavestroughs being completely full, he returned my call promptly and came the next day. His work and clean up was excellent. I would recommend Patrick and Magic Monkey to anyone, and am planning to use this company again.
