We picked Simon as he was able to replace the roof, soffit, downspout and eaves. We wanted one company who could take care of everything. Simon is very responsive and professional. His team worked well together and they were done in a timely manner. Simon was recommended by many people on our street and did not disappoint! What is most impressive is how responsive Simon is after the job has been completed. He returns messages and calls quickly and does what he promises. I called him to come back and replace damage caused by another contractor to our downspout and he didn't even charge for the service.
