Roy solved a problem we had that vexed two other plumbers - a weird vibration noise coming from our pipes when one particular faucet, or the washing machine, was used. Turns out, the problem was a completely different fixture, and in a short time Roy diagnosed the issue, obtained the part, and we were done and done! I will only call Protex Plumbing in the future. You should too!
