I had a great experience with Rug Stars! They were personable and professional. One of the owners came to my house for an estimation and was there the whole afternoon to make sure the job was done just right! The installer was clean and efficient. We just had the work done today, but so far I am VERY happy with everything. They are easy to negotiate with and are fair! We had Sisel capret with a banner on the sides and we had TWO landings that needed custom work. So far, everything looks, feels great!
