I cannot recommend Dave highly enough. He's a great person to work with, very skilled, and very fast. Great prices as well! He repaired some drywall, added an access panel, and replaced an exterior door handle/lock at an apartment building we own. He was also extremely courteous with our tenant who made a point to say how happy they were with his work. We will definitely use Dave's services for any more work we need done at our building. Roman came and installed a new dishwasher and hauled away the old one. His price was the best, and his service was perfect. If I need another appliance installed, he'll be the guy I call. I highly recommend his services.
