Got a prompt callback after initial call to them. I turned out that the rain gutter just needed to be cleaned out, which was done to my satisfaction.

Capable installation but incredibly slow. Order was made late Nov 2021. Some delay installing furnace. AC not installed until April (but not required until summer). Humidifier and smart thermostat not completed until Sept 2022. Eight months was far too long!!! Also took over a month to repair a loud bang when blower shut off. Again too long.
