Years ago Maple Air installed my tankless hot water heater and I was pleased with their service then. Since that time they have maintained the system on an annual basis. So when my furnace suddenly stopped working I knew I could count on Maple Air to come to my rescue. They were there the day after I called to inspect and diagnose the problem. I needed a new furnace as the heat exchanger in the old one was gone. Maple Air subsequently installed a new Carrier furnace at a reasonable price. The work was completed in a timely fashion, by professional, friendly and very helpful installers. They took the old furnace away and left everything clean and tidy. They even identified a minor leak around a black pipe leading from a main floor powder room to the basement and helped with the programming of the thermostat. I would highly recommend Maple air for their prompt and professional service

MDC installed the home charging unit for our new Tesla. They found a creative solution to a somewhat tricky install due to the location of our panel and the load already on the panel. We found them to be timely and responsive to all our questions . They explained everything well. The installation was done quickly, professionally, on time and looks great. We would highly recommend MDC. They are top notch professional electricians and both Dave and Mike are very pleasant to deal with.

After a lengthy absence we returned home to find water damage in our basement. Called our plumber who could not discover cause. Plumber suggested it might be result of a backup in main pipes. We called Rooterworx and, despite the late hour, Oleg and crew arrived within hours of our call. Oleg investigated and using a camera to snake down was able to show us on his laptop that the main pipes leading to the road were all clear and unobstructed. We have lived in house for 35+ years and have mature trees on property and Oleg (and the camera) confirmed neither tree roots nor other obstacles were impeding flow or causing backup. Although it was very late at night Oleg stayed to investigate issue. He diagnosed the cause as a crack/poor waterproofing/poor drainage in foundation. He showed us (with pictures) what he would do to correct the problem. We agreed to have him do the work. The very next morning he sent over someone to remove the damaged drywall and spray the mould. As the remainder of the work would take place outside the house we didn't need to be there and were able to return to our cottage. Oleg and crew started the work a few days later. He kept us informed of the progress of the work and sent us pictures of the various stages as the work was being done. The work has now been expertly completed exactly as promised. I would not hesitate in recommending Rooterworx. They are prompt and reliable. Oleg is a true professional. He was pleasant, responsive and delivered what he promised. The work was done efficiently, on time, and in a solid professional manner. I believe the price quoted was fair for the work to be done which is why I didn't even bother to get a second quote.

From start to finish, sales to installation, a professional job was done by all. We're very pleased with the service and the follow up.

I would highly recommend this company. The technician who came to my home to install the C wire for a new Nest Thermostat was very helpful and obviously knew his job. He was professional, courteous and was on time. I value contractors who arrive when they say they will. Similarly, the customer service people with whom I dealt at On Hive were equally helpful and courteous, and always responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion.

In April 2011 Tony and his crew fabricated and installed a granite counter top and full backsplash for us as we renovated our cottage kitchen. He was professional and friendly. He delivered what was promised, on time, and at a competitive price. The finished product looks superb!. In October 2012, when we renovated the kitchen at our house, we did not even consider using another fabricator. Again Dea Marble did a terrific job. Again the finished product looks wonderful. Kudos also to Ledi and the office staff for being so helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend Dea Marble to anyone who wants expert service.
