I ordered a trump mattress from the brick because the sales person said this was a popular and very good mattress. Well I had the mattress for 8 months and it started to fall apart. I called them to get another one and they gave me the same mattress. If the first one fell apart why wouldn't this one. So they came again to give me a different one. Still not satisfied.
I just bought a new home and I needed to go and get appliances. I couldn't believe the variety of appliances and price point. The salesman ( there where many that came and went) worked well with my budget. They even price match. Very satisfied.
I went to Ikea to purchase some items to start my reno. No sales staff insite to get a question answered. Bought what I thought was something I could work with, later to find out was it was not going to fit. tried to bring it back and the girl told me that she cannot return the product due to many reason she could think of. I called the Manager and still no luck. Thank goodness a friend of mine bought it off of me and I wasn't out the money.
I went to Home Depot to purchase wood, nails, flooring, and cabinets. I wanted to finish my basement so I got the material to start the basement. The people at Home Depot where very helpful. I started framing the basement with the wood and nails that I bought. Once I was finished I started to lay the flooring down. I will wait to put in the cabinets.
I wanted to make some improvements to my kitchen. For starters I purchase a brand new fan for my range and a new countertop. The employees where not that knowledgable about the fan however they got the help that I need right away. They gave me tip on how to replace the new fan and how to install the counter top. I impressed with the employees.
I am decorating a new bedroom so I had to shop for some furniture. The sales associates where not even in the department. I had to get someone to find them. The prices where okay and the quality was resonable. I bought the set of hutches.
They took the time to come and measure the area for me so there was no miscalculation. They recommend an affordable carpet that was in my budget. They were very helpful and honest. The guy that they sent in to install the carpet was fast and polite.
I went to Canadian Tire to buy a nail gun. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait for a while before I got served and I was a little disappointed that the man who served me didn't know alot about the products, however, I got a fairly good one and I am happy.
I went to Sears to buy some furniture and I first couldn't find a sales associate in site. When a sales associate came they where kind of aggressive to sell. The quailty wasn't the best but the price was okay. We are still thinking about.
I had needing a countertop for my kitchen. Home Depot provided me with endless options and fantastic service. They stayed within my budget and remained honest with me, which is very important. I would highly recommend them.
