Steve did a great job finishing our laundry Room. It was an old unfinished area and now it's new bright and clean. He was very professional and left the work space tidy at all times.

I was very happy with the service and quality work. Was able to find and fix a leaky gas line that other contractors could not. Was very porfessional on time and well priced. Would recomend to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you.

I would never recomend this service to anyone. They are very slow at clearing snow and returning phone calls. - Sometimes taking days to return phone calls. It started snowing on Tuesday night and it is now Thursday at 11:00am and our snow is still not cleared. This is not acceptable. Look for your yourself. All of our neighbours who use a differnt service has had their snow cleared multiple times. This is not accecptable - After writing this review Monster has been very attentive. Our original review was 0 and we have increased it to 6 as they have given us complimentary saltings and their response time has been much improved

ORIGINAL RESPONSE:
Tyler, we've been working together for 2 years. There has been an immense amount of snow this week from the same storm. We were at your property clearing twice yesterday, once in the morning and once again the evening. It then continued to snow through the day, and is not yet over. Our trucks will be there again tonight. I understand that snow is an immense hassle to everyone, however we have been doing our job as best we can given the conditions and timing of the snow. We return all phone calls and emails directly right away, in fact we've spoken to both you and the owner today. I understand your frustration, and do apologize for any inconvenience, however you must understand that we are doing the best we can.

Please call my self or George to talk about this further, Xt 701 is mine, George is 706. Either one of us would love to fix this problem.
