We had Jason come out in a timely and prompt manner to repair some issues we had with our roof that were causing water leakage in the house and garage. He was very courteous and explained what the likely problem was as well as repairing them in a timely fashion. I would recommend Jason and Ultimate Home Services for any roofing related issues.

Ethan came out in a timely manner and assesed and thoroughly explained the repair process. He replaced the mix valve connected to the hot water tank which was defective and caused not to have much hot water. Very pleased with both the prompteness and efficiency of the service repair. Would recommend his company for any plumbing issue or repair.

We had our Whirlpool fridge/freezer break down and they came in via Whirlpool as the service repair 3rd party contractor. They replaced the compressor, yet a month later freezer portion of fridge still doesn't work and temperature in fridge fluctuates constantly. Can't get them to come back and fix it even though it's supposed to be under warranty considering service was done only a few weeks ago. Buyer Beware Big Time!! Should've checked out their reviews on this site first before agreeing.

We went with Rob and his team at Core Precision to redo our front walkway and steps and we are very pleased with the job they did. Rob was very accomodating and professional throughout the process. We went with AES for a heat lamp installation in the master bedroom on-suite washroom and pot lights in the hallway on the main floor. Bardia and Hossein were very professional, courteous and reliable Installation went smooth, quick and they even cleaned up after the fact. We plan on using them in the future and would recommend them for any electrical service.
