I called John regarding a clogged sink and he provided a quote on the phone which was unbeatable in comparison to what other plumbers have previously been charging for the same service. On the day of the appointment, John texted me to say that he was on his way and would be arriving in 30 minutes. He is prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and provides excellent service.
