I have an older townhouse and wanted an update. The reno consisted of a full gut, replumb, rewire, drywall and paint, addition of pocket door, lino floor installation, new tub and tile surround, relocated showerhead and tap, vanity,counter top and sink installation, toilet installation,relocation of light fixtures and switch. The soaker tub and spacious new layout are fantastic improvements!
