North Shield replaced all the windows (6) and doors (2 primary and 2 sliding) in my home. The previous materials were installed when the house was built in 1992, and were pretty low quality. North Shield talked through the options and products. They provided opinions when asked, but weren't forceful. I talked to multiple vendors and the other vendors did more upselling and were less respectful of their peers. The installation team was professional and polite. They were able to answer the few questions I had. The windows and doors look good, and all the obvious drafts are gone. I haven't lived with them through a winter yet, but I'll try to update once I have.
